FAQ

Will I be asleep during Hypnosis?

You will not be asleep and you will be in control at all times.  Hypnosis is an altered state of deep relaxation, you will feel very relaxed and maybe feel sleepy but you will not be asleep.

Will I feel as if I am floating or sinking?

When you reach a deep state of relaxation you could feel a number of different sensations.  You may feel incredibly heavy and so relaxed that even the thought of moving is too much of an effort.  You may feel light and floaty as your muscles relax deeper than you may have ever experienced before.  You could also feel like you are sinking deep into the material of the comfortable chair you are sitting in.

All of these are natural feelings and just go to show you how relaxed you are.

How long will I be Hypnotised for?

The amount of time in a hypnotic trance will vary depending on what I am helping you with.  Time is distorted when you are in such a deep state of relaxation but you do not need to worry about the length of time as you can just relax and enjoy the experience.

I am a female and I am scared of being alone with you in a room,

This is perfectly understandable.  Whenever I see any client, male or female, there is always someone else in the building within earshot.  I also have a code of conduct I must follow regarding clients of the opposite sex which compels me to record any session for the safety of my clients.  If there is any concern then please mention this in our initial discussion.
